There was something different about Thanksgiving this year. It's usually my favorite, but this year it just felt like a regular ol' day. Not that I don't have a lot to be thankful for, I do! Just something about the day itself was just... blah.

Anyway, we still have a great time. Luis started the day making us breakfast. I made cornbread and sweet potatoes as usual this year, and Lola was my little sidekick for most of the cooking. The kids and I went to visit my dad and my grandparents. Sebastian got to sit on his future Harley. Ha. I love that my dad is still so excited to have a grandson.

The last part of the day was the Leija dinner. The kids loved playing with their cousins.

This year I'm most thankful for my husband. He has gone above and behind to concur some circumstances that have come up. Gosh, I love that man.

I hope you all had a fabulous Thanksfiving !
